Situation:
The apartments are located in the little village of Saladinka, 200m from the seaside and 4 km from Parenzo (Porec), between San Martino Bay and the forest.
The town:
It is a perfect place for family holidays where you can enjoy nature, culture and tranquillity. People’ hospitality will make you feel at home.

The house:
Three floor house, 2nd and 3rd floor to rent.

3rd floor layout: On the 2nd floor there are 2 beds, one big bed and one 1,40cm bed. Each apartment has a sofa bed, wardrobes, sheets, towels, satellite TV, kitchen, fridge, bathroom and heater.
2nd floor description: 2 bedrooms, integrated kitchen, one bathroom and terrace.
Area: 50 m2, plus the terrace. Garden: 300 m2. Year of construction: 2000

Parenzo-Porec: Parenzo has a rich monumental and very well conserved monumental area. It was founded a Roman Castrum, then it was part of the Byzantine Empire and the Venetian Republic.
It is a rocky coast, full of coves and little beaches, and 1.000 charming islands.
Things to do: mountain bike, speleology, windsurf, visits to museums, sailing, fishing, tennis.
